1. Acceptance. By downloading, installing, or using Crispin Calendar (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Entertainment purposes only. The App is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal enjoyment. Calendar readings, zodiac and chakra associations, sound-healing themes, guided meditations, affirmations, timing suggestions, and spiritual correspondences are symbolic and creative. They are not predictions, diagnoses, treatments, instructions, or guarantees, and no result should be expected.
3. No professional advice. The App does not provide medical, mental-health, psychological, therapeutic, spiritual, religious, legal, or financial advice. Nothing replaces guidance from a qualified professional. If you feel unwell, distressed, unsafe, or in crisis, stop using the App and contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
4. Eligibility. The App is intended for users of all ages, including teens. If you are under 18, use the App with a parent or guardian’s involvement, and a parent or guardian should handle any purchase. Users under 13 must have parent or guardian consent.
5. License. Subject to these Terms, Crispin Calendar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your device for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or reverse-engineer the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
6. Use responsibly. Do not use guided audio, ambient sound, breathwork, visual focus, or meditation features while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything requiring full alertness. Keep audio at a comfortable volume and stop immediately if you experience discomfort or any adverse response.
7. Third-party materials. The App includes AI-generated narration and typefaces used under license, and other materials as acknowledged in the Disclaimer & Acknowledgements. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners; acknowledgement does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Intellectual property. Original materials in the App are owned by Crispin Calendar. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of warranties. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crispin Calendar and its contributors are not responsible for any losses, injuries, decisions, claims, damages, or consequences arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the App or its content.
11. Purchases & refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. Refund requests are handled by the store’s refund process and applicable terms; please contact Apple/Google support for your region.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview. Crispin Calendar (“we,” “the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
2. We do not collect your personal data. The App does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information. It does not send your personal data to our servers. The App runs locally on your device.
3. Local device storage. The App stores preferences (such as theme, selected tabs, and meditation settings) locally on your device using your device’s local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can clear it anytime through your device or browser settings.
4. No tracking or advertising. The App does not include advertising networks, analytics trackers, or third-party SDKs that collect personal data.
5. Children’s privacy. The App is intended for all ages, including teens, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal data, no child data is gathered. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it.
6. Audio features. Audio (meditation and ambient sound) plays on your device and is not recorded or transmitted.
7. Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

DMCA / Copyright Takedown Notice

Crispin Calendar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and visitors to do the same. This notice explains how a rights-holder may report content believed to infringe copyright appearing in the Crispin Calendar app.
Submitting a notice
If you believe that material in the Crispin Calendar app infringes a copyright that you own or control, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, including the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works at one site, a representative list).

We will respond to notices that substantially comply with the above. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Crispin Calendar may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

Use the app only when it is safe to relax, listen, and focus. Do not use guided audio, ambient sound, breathwork, visual focus, or meditation features while driving, operating machinery, supervising anyone who needs active attention, or doing anything that requires full alertness. Keep audio at a comfortable volume and stop immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, anxiety, pain, hearing issues, or any adverse response.
Calendar & spiritual content
The Crispin Calendar system and all related interpretations are creative tools for contemplation and entertainment. They are not official astronomical, medical, religious, financial, legal, or decision-making authorities, and should not be relied upon as such.
Intellectual property
The app creator claims ownership only over original materials created for Crispin Calendar. Third-party names, marks, tools, platforms, models, voices, fonts, libraries, music, sounds, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Materials are intended to be original, licensed, public-domain, permissioned, open-source, AI-assisted, or otherwise used in good faith where applicable. Acknowledgement does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, affiliation, or transfer of rights.
